Once again we return to the more abstract end of our sonic empire as we enter the realms of 3000 Deep, our way of exploring the more experimental edges of underground dance music. Today we are back with yet another corker as we are thrilled to welcome back the wonderful sounds of Kid Kun to the table, with this hard hitting two-track display. Based in Ulm, Germany, this is definitely a name you are going to want to keep an eye on in 2023.

The EP opens up with ‘Sideways’, a marvellous dive into abstract rhythmic designs and sweeping, system-busting bass lines. The whole track is wrapped up in glistening arpeggios and warm, spacey pad textures, giving it a very classy feel throughout. On the flip, even more fun ensues as we find ourselves wedged between techno & garage with the explosive Aspect remix, giving the track a brand new metallic feel, perfect for the late night raving crew.

Both the original and remix are set to cause some real dance floor damage and we couldn’t be happier to be housing them both here on 3000 Deep!
