The Origins of 140
London Launch
Dubstep | Grime | UKG | Bassline

Calling all 140 crew and UK Bass massive; Reeload Classics takes you back to the origins of 140BPM bass music in the UK.

We go back to a time when pirate radio stations like Rinse, Kool & Flex FM ruled the airwaves and nights like Sidewinder, FWD>> and Niche were essential weekend destinations.

Dubstep, grime & bassline were starting to emerge and flourish within the UK’s underground bass music scene.

Pioneers like Skream, Benga, Wiley, Skepta & DJ Q were starting to make a name for themselves.

The rest is history

Join us as our Reeload Residents pay homage to the pioneers of 140. Expect iconic tracks from:
Skream, Benga, Digital Mystikz, Loefah, El-B, Horsepower Productions, Plastician, Wiley, Dizzee Rascal, Skepta, Kano, D Double E, Tempa T, Jamie Duggan, DJ Q, T2, Mr V, TS7, Wittyboy, & more.

Whether you’re part of the old-school generation, discovering these sounds for the first time, or simply looking for a proper night out with your people, this is your invitation to relive an unforgettable era in fine style.

Expect heavyweight bass at a night created for the original massive who know, and for any rave crew ready to discover the origins of 140.
