A seductive offering comes to us via Netherlands courtesy of Paul Stenn and Yorgen in a track entitled ‘Blesser’ which we absolutely love here at 3000 HQ and hope you do too. This one is now available for free download only via the 3000 network.
As we draw towards the close of 2019, one thing we can safely say is that it has been a fantastic year for dance music as a whole, across the whole world. We have seen multiple countries develop new, exciting scenes in bass music and beyond, alongside seeing the established orders continue to grow and advance, forever pushing the boundaries and barriers of sound forward. It’s an exciting time and in the future we truly believe that 2019 will be a year that the music historians will draw a lot of origins from.
We are back at it again here at threethousand.co.uk with another fantastic Friday premiere to really kick start your weekend with a bang. Today, we are taking a more specific look London’s own House of Bangers imprint, a label that has been consistently releasing top quality house music for a number of years, cementing there place as one of the most exciting dance music labels currently operating on mass from the streets of the capital.
As the year draws to a close, we can look back on what can safely call a successful 2019 for music based at 140BPM. From the high charting successes of a number of grime MC’s, to dubstep’s undeniable re-emergence, the 140 scene is for us, in the strongest place it has been in a really long time. We are thrilled to see it, and more so than ever we are seeing the lines blur between genres, with dubstep, grime, trap and drill all meshing together in what we now see as one big hybrid collection of high energy sounds.
