Following on from an in-depth look at both the label and it’s celebrated founder last week here at The 3000 Network, we are thrilled to once again be taking a closer look at the 4NC¥ imprint as they continue their impressive run of new releases. One of the things that was highlighted very clearly during our interview and original feature was the versatility of the label’s roster and catalogue, a label trait that has clearly been drilled into place by founder and head honcho PAV4N.

Whilst we’re here, if you want to check out the full label focus piece we put together on 4NC¥, you can take a peek HERE
However, on with the motley as we are once again invited inside to take a much closer look at their latest project from SLIN. One of the strongest elements of the catalogue is of course the dubstep arm, which this release adds yet another notch on the belt of their extensive collection within the genre. Made up of three sizzling original creations, we sure are in for a treat with this one.

The EP opens up with a metallic masterpiece in the title track ‘Any Op’, stacked with system-busting bass energy and cruddy drum designs, all topped off with an ethereal yet 80′s sounding set of synthesizer dips to add some stunning sonic textures above. From here, we then jump into the old school LFO manoeuvres and powerful percussive punches of the ‘ATL VIP’, which again adds a whole new dimension to proceedings.
We couldn’t resist going the extra step and getting involved a little further, meaning you can check out the official 3000 Network premiere for the title track ‘Any Op’ below:
